Mel
Co-Host & Culture Curator
Mel Tillar is a radio and television personality and a retired United States Marine Corps Captain, He is recognized as the third African American band officer in the history of the Marine Corps and brings decades of leadership, discipline, and service into media and community engagement.
Bruce
Co-Host & Creative Director
Bruce Milam Jr. is an author, radio host, producer, editor, and music producer whose career bridges media, music, and entrepreneurship. With a foundation in the music business as a recording artist and producer, he developed a disciplined approach to branding, storytelling, and creative execution.
